We accept major commercial insurance and self-pay options.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance representative the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • How to obtain the reimbursement forms ?
  • Does my plan allow for reimbursement, and how much?
  • What is my deductible, and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
  • For self-pay clients, please note Payment is due before services are rendered.

We currently accept the following insurance

Medicare, Medicaid, Aetna, United Healthcare, TUFTS Commercial, Oxford Health, Havard Pilgrim, Cigna, AmeriHealth, RR Medicare.

(Quest Behavioral Health & Carelon Behavioral Health insurance are covered via Headway.)

Please ensure the completion of the intake form sent to you prior to your scheduled appointment. Provide your ID and insurance card details accurately. Please note that some insurance companies may require your co-payment before services are offered.

Minimum of 24 hours or as soon as you are aware that you cannot make it to your telehealth appointment.

We offer telepsychiatry services only. A one-time yearly face service may be requested based on the required treatment in compliance with the DEA regulations. 

Once the provider establishes phone contact with you, an invoice will be sent to your email address with the details of the third-party payment services.
